I know I only just released Beta 1, but there is a more up to date Beta now out, namely Beta 2. The download is available from http://www.mandel.org.uk/beta.

This new Beta adds to Beta 1: (i) Configurable user preferences, allowing the user to control the behaviour of the zoom in / out toolbar buttons, and to suppress certain notifications; (ii) Customisable toolbars; (iii) Bug-fix with the Zoom-Save feature; (iv) Bug-fix for a resizing issue with the progress bars; (v) The addition of all the built-in colour schemes from previous versions of the software; (vi) File associations - you can now double-click on any of the parameter files you save in Mandelbrot Explorer to load Mandelbrot Explorer with those parameters.

Next release should be RC1.
